Current position: The ClientsHub marketing website does not currently set advertising or third-party analytics cookies. It stores only the language selected by the visitor. The application uses first-party local storage for authentication and requested preferences.

1. Cookies and similar technologies

A cookie is a small text value a website asks a browser to store. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and device identifiers. This policy uses “browser storage” to cover all of them.

Some storage is necessary to sign a user in, protect an account, or remember a setting the user requests. Other storage, such as behavioral advertising or optional analytics, generally requires a separate choice where applicable law requires consent.

2. Browser storage ClientsHub currently uses

No optional analytics or advertising storage at present

At the effective date above, the marketing website does not load third-party advertising pixels or optional analytics cookies. Therefore, it does not display a non-essential cookie consent banner. If optional analytics, advertising, or similar storage is introduced, ClientsHub will update this policy and provide any consent controls required before activating it.

3. Server logs, tracked links, and third parties

Standard server security logs and ClientsHub tracked-link records are not browser cookies. They may record request or click information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Links to external websites, payment services, payout services, messaging tools, or other third parties may allow those parties to use their own browser storage. Their policies apply when you visit or enable their services. ClientsHub does not control third-party storage on an external site.

4. How to control browser storage

You can use browser settings to inspect, block, or delete cookies and local storage. Blocking necessary authentication storage may prevent login or cause the application to forget your company, theme, language, or draft preferences. Logging out removes the ClientsHub authentication session information that the application controls.

Private or incognito browsing may clear local data when the session closes, depending on the browser. Browser help documentation explains the available controls for each device.

5. Changes and contact

We will update this policy if browser-storage practices materially change. Questions may be sent to [email protected] with the subject “ClientsHub cookie question.”
