Core rule: Use ClientsHub only with data you are authorized to process and for communications you are legally permitted to send. A CRM record, template, or tracking link does not create consent.

1. Lawful data, outreach, and tracking

You must not use the Service to:

  • collect, import, buy, scrape, enrich, or use personal data without a lawful basis and required notice;
  • send spam, unlawful direct marketing, deceptive promotions, or messages that ignore an opt-out, objection, suppression list, or applicable channel rule;
  • misrepresent the sender, company, offer, price, commission, relationship, or reason for contacting someone;
  • hide the commercial nature of a message where disclosure is required;
  • use tracked links for phishing, malware, credential theft, unlawful surveillance, or misleading destinations;
  • upload special-category, highly sensitive, financial-account, health, biometric, government-identifier, or children’s data unless specifically authorized, necessary, lawful, and appropriately protected; or
  • retain contact data longer than needed or refuse a valid privacy or communication preference request.

Users remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, audience, timing, and content of every outreach action they take outside or through connected services.

2. Security, access, and technical abuse

You must not:

  • share accounts, steal credentials, reuse another person’s token, or access a company without authorization;
  • probe, scan, test, bypass, disable, or interfere with authentication, authorization, rate limits, audit controls, security headers, or tenant isolation;
  • introduce malware, destructive code, denial-of-service traffic, or automated traffic that materially degrades the Service;
  • reverse engineer or extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits;
  • use bots, scrapers, or bulk automation without written authorization;
  • attempt to obtain another customer’s records, private service catalog, affiliate applications, bonuses, or exports; or
  • publish private invitation links, credentials, exports, or personal data where unauthorized people can access them.

Good-faith security research must be authorized in writing before testing. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately and do not access, alter, retain, or disclose data beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue.

3. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use ClientsHub for content, products, services, or activity that:

  • is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, threatening, harassing, exploitative, or discriminatory;
  • infringes privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, trade-secret, or other rights;
  • promotes violence, terrorism, child exploitation, trafficking, or non-consensual intimate material;
  • facilitates scams, pyramid schemes, fake reviews, impersonation, bribery, money laundering, or evasion of sanctions;
  • falsifies sales, payments, renewals, referrals, bonus attribution, affiliate identity, or performance metrics; or
  • uses the platform to make high-impact decisions about a person based solely on inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or discriminatory information.

4. Fair use of platform resources

Stay within your plan limits and use reasonable request, storage, import, export, tracking, and messaging volumes. Do not create excessive duplicate records, evade limits through multiple accounts, resell access without authorization, or use ClientsHub as general-purpose file storage, a public data broker, or an unsolicited bulk messaging system.

We may apply reasonable technical limits or ask a customer to change usage that risks stability, security, legal compliance, or fair access for others.

5. Investigation and enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and preserve relevant evidence. Depending on severity, we may warn the user, remove or disable content or links, limit a feature, suspend access, terminate an account, notify the customer administrator, or make a legally required report. Urgent action may be taken without advance notice where needed to protect people, data, or systems.

We will consider context, intent, repetition, harm, cooperation, and available remediation. We may restore access after the risk is resolved, but are not required to do so following a serious or repeated violation.

6. Report abuse

Report suspected spam, phishing, security abuse, unlawful tracking, or misuse of personal data to [email protected] with the subject “ClientsHub abuse report.” Include the relevant company, link, message, time, and supporting evidence without sending unnecessary sensitive data.
